1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Myr36 is an online entertainment platform that operates and provides gaming services to adult users in Malaysia. The platform is operated under an entity holding a valid operating licence, and all services provided are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the myr36 platform — whether through the official website at myr36.app or via the myr36 mobile app — you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms in full. Acceptance takes effect immediately from your first use of the platform.

2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

3Account Security & Management

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Myr36 supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and no fees are charged by the platform for standard deposit transactions.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. myr36 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for security and compliance purposes.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Myr36 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and limited-time promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

The general conditions applicable to all myr36 bonuses are as follows:

• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus value.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

6Game Rules & Outcomes

Game results displayed by the myr36 system are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, myr36 server logs will serve as the primary and definitive reference. Any claims based on screenshots or player observations will not be accepted as sufficient evidence.

• Winnings will be credited to your account balance immediately after each game concludes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, myr36 will restore the session to the last server-verified state.

7Prohibited Conduct

• Threatening, attacking, or harassing customer support staff or other members on the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Myr36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Activity indicating abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from relevant authorities.
• Account closure request initiated by the member.

If your account is closed at your own request or for routine operational reasons with no violation, any eligible cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days. In cases of suspension due to a violation, the balance will be held pending investigation.

9myr36 Liability Limits

Myr36 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects.

In all cases, myr36's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
